    I pre ordered this game a few months ago, played it for about 3-5 hours yesterday, went to log on today and says to play this game I need to buy it? After I already paid for the pre order and waited months for the game, turned my console off and on again about 6 times to no avail, still says the same thing, uninstalled the game to see if I could re-download and it doesn’t even recognise that I’ve already brought the game and is making my pay for the whole game once again.

    I am VERY VERY angry and disappointed at this point, I will be making claims to either receive a full refund of this game or get a free re-download for this game with no extra fees or hidden costs.

    @leon88658 yup, it blows. On Pc if you look at the launch logs they are having an issue. They invalidated activation tokes after the patch. That is dirty and now, how long do we have to wait?

    @cussingfawn969 legit it’s just ridiculous, how many people have lost their money and the game like myself and the rest of us and what are they planning to do about it

    hi, I am still waiting on a response about the situation with my game, I have already paid for the game once before and now it will not recognise I’ve brought it and it deleted itself from my game library

    I would very much appreciate it if this situation can be resolved without me having to purchase the game for a 2nd time

    if I could please get a response ASAP it would be appreciated

    @ubi-baron game will not launch. tried every step you guys gave me. nothing. works. PC Ryzen 7 2700 RTX 2070 Super 16GB Ram. bought the game 8 days ago and STILL cant launch just gets stuck on the splash screen and closes.

    ive been waiting patiently to play and for the devs to release a game that wont even launch for some people even though they meet the requirements is absolutely f**king ridiculous.

    @leon88658 Apologies for the delayed response.

    If the game was purchased through the Xbox Store we don't have access to look into purchases and you would need to speak with the Xbox Support if you haven't already.

    @krvpt Have you tried moving the game to the Hard Drive the OS is on? We have seen this issue occurring for users having it installed on a Storage Space Device.

    @ubi-baron the game was originally on my C drive with windows, didnt work. got a new hdd so i though maybe its the drive, switched drives, didnt work. so currently it is on my C drive again and the problem persists.

    xbox support haven’t given me a response, I expect you guy from Ubisoft to fix this issue in my behalf as this is YOUR GAME that have caused this issue and I will not be happy or content with anything less
