    Hello all, I have the exact same issue, and I'm pretty sure it's not related to my hardware or windows install / drivers, because the crashes occur on Geforce Now as well as on my comp. Does someone ever had a reply from Ubisoft ?
    This issue makes it impossible to play for months ... this is so disrespectful from the Ubisoft team, no wonder people download their games again without buying them, we should do that too for the next one.

    I apologise for the delayed response. Thank you for continuing to share your reports and experiences with crashing / freezing whilst playing Assassin's Creed Valhalla with us within this thread.

    I would like to reach out to you with an update. There can be many potential causes behind technical issues encountered whilst playing Assassin's Creed Valhalla. As everyone has their own unique system, it can be tricky for us to provide you with tailored troubleshooting steps within the forum. To help us to provide you with better technical support, we have decided to open up a new Megathread. This new Megathread is designed to provide players with basic troubleshooting steps and with more information about ongoing investigations. It will also help the Player Support team to collect additional information about the technical trouble you are personally experiencing, and to open up support tickets for those who require further support. Additionally, this new thread will help us to better track reports and spot any potential trends.

    Before you share your report within this new Megathread, please note that we have several ongoing investigations for crashes / freezes already. We recommend you check these out first. These threads will have specific troubleshooting steps and workarounds shared within them, and are the best place to find more information and updates about these individual investigations.

    As we have created a new Megathread to help us better support technical issues, we will now be locking and archiving this thread.

These steps help to tackle a number of common causes behind technical issues in-game, such as crashes and freezing.

    If the issue continues to persist after trying these troubleshooting steps, please can you provide a report within our new dedicated Megathread. We have asked some specific questions we would like you to answer, as this will help us to open up support tickets for you.

    @LongLiveRNG - Just to confirm, are you still experiencing crashes even after editing the registry? If so, I'd recommend trying these basic PC troubleshooting steps if you haven't already. If you have already tried these steps, please can you check out the linked Megathread and provide us with the requested information? We can then open a support ticket for you and take a closer look at what could potentially be causing these crashes to occur.
