    Yes, I can confirm several freezings after the latest patch too. Simply unplayable right now. Please Ubisoft fix It ASAP!!

    After verification of files, re-installation, and updating all graphics drivers, AC Valhalla continues to crash at random points, in-game. There is approximately 15 minutes of uninterrupted gameplay each time before randomly crashing with no error messages. Anybody else have this issue? Any fixes?
    I do not believe this is a hardware issue, as I am playing on a brand new Razer Blade ( 6-gb RTX 2060 Max-P, 10th gen i7, 16 gb RAM). I have modified many graphics settings to reduce load, but it has no effect.

    I have been experiencing the same issue. I'm not sure when the update was but yesterday I was playing and it froze once, but today its happen upwards of 10+ times with no rhyme or reason as to why. I am still in the first area, so it is not just when playing in England that's the issue. i9-9900k CPU, RTX 2080S GPU, 16GB of RAM, so the issue is not my PC. Although I do find that it last longer after not playing for a while, then once the first freeze comes I cannot play for more than 10 mins anymore.

    I have the same issue. Ubisoft+, game runs great for precisely 18 minutes 30 seconds and then crashes randomly. All drivers, files, etc, are up to date. I have found no fix, but glad to find others with the same problem.

    hey ive been trying to troubleshoot this but couldnt find a solution. i dont have any problems with the game except one that is just keeping me away from this game, it crashes all the time after 15-20min of playing no matter what i do the timeframe is the same. game runs smooth and its for sure not a prob with my specs as i have 16GB of ram ryzen 3700x and 2070s

    Mine freezes a lot to. I have a very up to date pc. I notice it crashes in menus far more than anything else for me. Its painful having this awesome game that you cant really play 😕 Can you roll back the patch? is that possible?

    @bondkek Same with me. Within 15mins-20mins my game just closes. I have the Ubisoft subscription. Do you also have the subscription?

    @mrdefectiv Well that didnt work for me, still showing something about server drop. So im assuming that means I'm getting randomly disconnected from their servers still.

    @oatsoda1981 Same for me. Temporary solution is to play in borderless mode. Playing in borderless won't outright crash the game but it will freeze it and when it does, tap the Windows key and the game will unfreeze. The game doesn't freeze/crash at all in Windowed mode though.

    Hello. The game runs fine with me but after 15-20mins of gameplay the game closes. I have a ubisoft subscription. It's becoming tedious having to reload the game over and over.

    yeah I have the same feeling; Like for the first launch of the day, I will be able to play an hour or more. After the first crash, crash will happen every 5-10 min.

    If I don't touch the game for a time after he crashed, I will be able to play for an other hour or more !

    To all, I was having constant freezing issues and the game was very unplayable. I did a clean instillation of my NVIDIA Geforce Drivers, and the game has not crashed since in the about 3-4 hours I have been playing. Before that, I was freezing every 5-10 minutes. TRY DOING A CLEAN INSTILLATION OF YOUR DRIVERS.

    @jetchon I have it too, everyone with the same issue has Ubisoft +. I guess this is how Ubisoft’s way of telling us to not be cheap and buy the game. Watch dogs legion has the same problem too. So lesson of the day I guess is to not sub to Ubisoft + if you want to play a brand new game only sub to play older games 😭

    It started yesterday, every 45 minutes or so, the game freezes and eventually crashes, it has become very frustrating to play.

    I often have instant crashes during the game, mostly during cutscenes but it also happens while roaming around or when I am fighting. I've thus far, tried various things, validated the files, made sure to update all my drivers, played the game with and without a controller, changed the graphical and screen settings and Ihave reinstalled the game on a different harddrive. The crashes are instant, I have no events in my event viewer and no extra programs or overlay programs are running. When I left the game for an hour or so in the pause menu, it worked fine but when I started to play and had a cutscene play it crashed again (sometimes it won't crash in the cutscene allowing me to make a little bit of progress but often it will).

    I have really enjoyed the game so far and I hope someone knows what is going wrong.
