The night before assasins creed valhalla was officially published i tried to pre-order the game. I filled in the payment form with my bank account details and procceeded with the mayment and then a payment failed message appeared. I tried again and the same message appeared on my screen. Therefore, i decided to check my bank account and to my surprise there was a two time charge on ubisoft paris dictating that i had bought the game twice even though i was told TWICE that the payment was unsuccesful and i didnt get the product either. Not knowing what to do i contacted the ubisoft support trying to get a refund for one of the two purchases and activate the other one and despite that being 2 days ago i havent gotten a repsonse and my refund period is being wasted. Im sure im gonna end up being told that i cant get a refund becasue the 2 week period has expired and i wont get the product either. Im just being ignored at this point. I have sent emails contacted through facebook and now here. Please if you have similar problems and have dealt with them give me an answer.

I am sorry to hear that you have been charged but have not received the game.
What likely has happened was the authorisation failed on your payment. In this case the money leaves your account but does not complete the purchase.
If you have a ticket about this already, the team will get back to you via e-mail and look into it further for you.
