I'm not 24 hours into owning this game, and I have not been able to install this game on my Xbox Series X. Firstly, I have a decent 4g connection, and am aware updates can take some time.
However I'm on 2 failed 'upgrade' downloads (one completed) and second disc install.
There should be some sort of recompense for users. I've taken holiday to play this game (what else is there to do in 2020),and this is quite frankly frustrating and unprofessional. There should be absolutely no reason for a failure of an installation. Self repair and careful monitoring would ensure that.

Hi mossintheworld! I'm very sorry to hear you've been unable to successfully install you game. First off, can you let me know if the game was purchased for the Xbox Series X, or if you're upgrading the Xbox One version to your Xbox Series X console?
