    Bought the booster bundle with the xp and silver. The icons showed up and it’s not showing anymore after like 5 minutes. Is that suppose to happen?

    Hello! For those of you that are still missing purchased content, please make sure the content has been installed and that you've checked the correct location for each item. I'd also recommend restoring the licenses on your PlayStation to ensure your console has the correct licenses added. If these steps do not resolve the issue, please provide the following information:

    • Do you own Assassin's Creed Valhalla as a physical disc or as a digital download?
    • Have you received a confirmation email from Sony regarding your purchase?
    • Which item(s) did you purchased, and which item(s) are missing in-game?
    • What is your open support ticket number regarding this issue?

    @ubiexcellent I submitted a support ticket 4 days ago because i keep getting a 0x00000004 error message when i try to access the ubisoft store in game, the ubisoft connect app doesn’t even show that I have the game, and I can’t access anything related to Ubisoft online services. This is ridiculous

    I bought 1050 Helix credits to purchase the mystical pack and the transaction went through. I can see the weapons I bought in the 'Owned' section in the Animus store but they're not in my game inventory. Do I need to find them somewhere? Let me know how I can resolve this issue!

    @getshreked7005 Thank you for sharing your ticket number here! To begin troubleshooting this connectivity issue, please complete the steps listed on our dedicated FAQ. Once completed, please let us know if you are still encountering this 0x00000004 error code.

    @KlNGtronics Please make sure you've progressed far enough in the game in order to access these items. Have you completed the prologue yet?

    @ubiexcellent i have completed the prologue, I’m almost half way through the game. I’ve checked my internet it’s not the problem, this has never happened with any other Ubisoft games I’ve played. My game doesn’t even show up in my owned games on the connect app

    @ubiexcellent all my other Ubisoft games like ac origins, and unity are working just fine it’s just Valhalla. There’s nothing wrong with my internet it’s the game and probably has something to do with the fact that for some reason it isn’t showing up in my owned games

    @ubiexcellent I’ve read multiple post of people who created an account in the past like me, that receive an error message when attempting to click on anything in the Valhalla store. I just checked my other Ubisoft games and they are all working fine with no connection issues. It is not an issue with my internet etc, it is a problem on your end and I’d like to know what’s being done to fix it.

    @getshreked7005 I understand this issue isn't impacting other games, including Assassin's Creed Origins and Unity. However, I would still like to have you complete these steps in order to rule out any possible issues with your online services communicating with ours specifically within Assassin's Creed Valhalla. Once you've completed those steps, please update your support ticket with the results.

    @ubiexcellent i tried recycling the console power and restarting the router, I’m not able to try a wired connection. I’ve added that information to the ticket. I apologize for my rudeness in previous comments I’m just getting frustrated.

I can certainly understand how frustrating this situation must be for you and do hope these steps resolve the issue entirely, or at least rule out any possible connectivity issues. Once you've forwarded your ports, please upload a screenshot of your port configuration to your existing ticket, so our teams can review those further.

    Digital version, ps5, game works, prepurchase addons finally showed up for game.
    got confirmation from sony on purchase, included pic in ticket. Ticket number is  13822170
    I installed the Premium starter pack on the playstation store, no items have shown up for me. for 3 days.. have done all of the above, waited a day, restarted, reinstalled licences, nothing helps with this one.. and it is installed.

    I just had this problem for the third time dude. This game is driving me nuts with these bugs. It's as if they made it for the next gen consoles in 2020 without considering that everyone was in a pandemic...

    Same issue months later. I bought resources and the map. There is nothing there. Never again Buggysoft.

    @tatonka316 This is an old post, so I’m pretty sure it resolved, but I just had the same problem. I was very early in the game when I made my purchases. None appeared. I then finished “Family Matters”, the 3rd main quest, and everything was then added to my inventory.
