After today's update I got this error. 'your save or data has become corrupted. Do you wish to owervrite it and start a new game' what should I do?

I've logged on today and am unable to interact with anything/anyone. When I press down it does not come up with the menu that has the torch, meditation, etc. When pressing R3 I cannot locate any golds/mysteries/etc. When pressing the touch pad it no longer opens the map so I cannot see where I am going, cannot track quests, look at skill tree, etc. When fighting it does not show my health or the health of the person I am fighting. Yesterday I could not fast travel anywhere.

For getting excalibur. I have done all the britain treasures and killed the zealots needed for the stones i needed. And i am still missing one. I checked and re checked all the places and made sure that i killed the right zealots. And still missing one. No idea what to do.
