After I start the campaign there is no dialogues voice or subtitles during the first location. Using speakers. Of course i can't write a ticket because its turned off for some reason, neither can i start chat. Subtitles are on of course. Tried changing language, font size etc. nothing works.

I completed the mission getting the herbs for the second dream. My settlement is at level 5 and I am at level 155. Every time i drink the second drink for the second dream it takes me to asgard instead of jotunheim. I have reloaded saves before the drink ,and restarted the ps4. When I am in asgard the second time it is saying to drink the second potion . What can I do ???
