    Hi.

Just started playing Valhalla on Series X and want to ask if other players are having the same experiences I have. It appears that there is no option to change the brightness. The box is there for it but will not let me change it. I have calibrated the HDR on the Series X as per the instructions. I feel like at times the picture is particularly grey. I don't know if this an issue with my calibration/settings or if the weather/snow and time of day is just making it that way and it is supposed to be like that.

I also feel like there is a very slight audio delay whether I am using the TV speakers or my soundbar. I have no sound issues with TV/Sky/Netflix when using soundbar so wondering if this is an Xbox issue or game issue.

I am using a Q95T and Q90R soundbar. If anyone has a similar setup I would be interested in knowing your settings for comparison.

    Thanks

  • Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

This HDR issue needs to be acknowledged and added to the support megathread, why it hasn't is concerning to me beyond the issue itself.

Something I have noticed, after setting HDR settings and hitting scenes where the image gets that grey haze that gets bad, if I pause and go to HDR settings I notice the image that is supposed to be used to calibrate image isn't consistent with where it was set when I calibrated it, meaning it is likely another visual setting is likely shifting during the game making the HDR inconsistent.
