I've seen some ridiculous bright nights in games before but wow, did AC: Vahalla's devs drop the ball with this one! I swear this irritates me more than anything. I thought AC: Odyssey was too bright at night but wow did they up the antie with Valhalla. Can someone please fix the night time part of the game? After seeing videos of how bright it was, I chose not to purchase the game but to play it through the Ubisoft subscription service instead. If the devs refuse to change it, can they at least allow mod tools so the players can fix the game themselves? I literally want to stop playing it till this issue is fixed. I won't be renewing my subscription next month either till this is fixed, then maybe I will purchase the game. There is absolutely no excuse to have the night time this damn bright in-game. Give us players a REASON TO USE THE TORCH!

  • Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

...and before someone says "try turning down the brightness of the game" ...no that does not solve the issue as it ruins the rest of how the game looks. Fix the night time brightness.

Just came here to complain about the same. I was just travelling around and thought to myself "Hey, it's night time, let me meditate". So I did. When Eivor woke up, it was just as bright. And it was "night". Turns out it was a rainy day before.
