    I am playing PC using Ubisoft+ subscription. I never got the berserker armor. I am in England, finished couple of regions, settlement is level 2, got stables and no wolf or the armor. In online store I can't buy berserker dlc but in the "owned" section it isn't listed.

    am I missing something? can I do anything or wait for fix?

    On Xbox and same here. Sent a support ticket day one and still not heard anything, it's really annoying. I know PS4 have a workaround but nothing for us.

    @ishtair Same here. didnt get anything with ubisoft+ subscription, tried writing a ticket etc but so far i didnt get any answer. 😞

    kinda feels like false advertisement as of now, sadly.

    @marioxxo 100% false advertisement, we are far from the only ones it's happening too but I haven't even seen them acknowledge it at all when they've addressed other issues really quickly.

    When I go to the store and then check what items I own and go back to the game my berserker gear mounts village stuff all disappeared, then 5 mins later come back and all my upgrades are gone. Super frustrated since I spent the ingots and nickel on them and now back to square one.

    @saggywiener same here, it did reappear after restarting the game, but all from lvl 1 (after maximizing all armour and weapon set at max lvl 4)

For those of you that are missing this content but have an active Ubisoft+ subscription, please provide screenshots showing the content as missing within your inventory. If either the Season Pass or Ultimate Pack contents are missing from your console, please make sure the content has properly been installed (Xbox/PlayStation).
