i have the same exact problem there is a long loading screen and then i am standing next to sigurd and dag but i cannot do anything except put my cloak on

Okay that's hilarious, the graphics setting change apparently works. Must be something up with the vram or something.

@andygames888 Es un bug que molesta bastante, pues no es un fallo en un aspecto o algun deficit visual como los que ya conocemos, si no que no te deja avanzar directamente espero que lo actualicen rapido, pues es un fastidio el llegar a casa cansado querer desconectar un rato y no poder.

I FOUND A SOLUTION <3. Mess around with video settings then try again. Mess with it until it works. The guy in this post states that he swaps to the highest setting, loading, going through the cutscene and then resetting his video settings. The highest setting didn't work for me. neither did the lowest. But what did work.... is do it in this order.
FROM MAIN MENU swap from whatever settings to ULTRA. When prompted to restart the game, do that. Restart, load, and it'll launch you into the conversation cutscene. DO NOT SKIP THE DIALOGUE. Let it play out. After much trial and error, it worked and this is what worked for me
