I have the same problem.

when ever i end the caht with the 2 prisoners then my game doesnt load the next cutscene and instead places 3 charecters on the screen eivor sigurd and his right hand,so i cant do anything in the game untill this gets fixed

Same problem on pc. Hope this gets fixed soon because it is super [censored] annoying

Higher graphics in most cases, but there are examples that have been resolved by changing to lower graphics.
I am not an expert or developer, I am just delivering solutions in the current Korean community.
But I also solved it with a higher graphic change
It is recommended to change from the line allowed by the graphics card to the highest.

I had this problem to and saw on another thread that changing the grahpics settings to medium instead of low in my case and watching the whole cutscene worked and I am now progressing onwards (This worked for me and changing my graphics back to low afterwards worked)

Same for me and I cant even change my graphic settings as I am playing on a toaster and all the settings are on low already.

Hi everyone!
I had the same issue, i was playing with low graphics, but after changing it to medium (and auto restart the game) the game continued!
This is a workarround while ubisoft fixes this.

@zombip So if i get it right, you stuck, went in to settings changed it and then when you loaded it back it was working?

@volfy52 didn't work for me, still stuck in Sigurd and Dag :(( any other fixes?

After meeting the 2 prisoners in the long house, I am bunched up with sigurd and another guy. I cannot move or do anything. I have restarted the game and my computer and nothing has changed. I can't progress through the game. This is a game breaking bug

I did it like 10 minutes ago

1. I got stuck
2. Went to settings
3. Changed graphics to medium
4. Game auto restarted
5. loaded the game again
6. Repeated the cutscene
7. And i dind't get stuck anymore
