    For real this was the last chance for ubisoft. Instead of fixing the main story they work on dogs flying away when evior petting them. I mean for real?! Two weeks of silence, no help, no information and now the support is down. Sounds to me ubisoft can't handle the shitstorm for selling crap. This was the last ubisoft game I bought. I don't know why the trend started to sell unfinished games....

    I apologise for the delayed update. I'm sorry to see that some of you still encountered issues following the hotfix my colleague Ubi-Woofer mentioned earlier within this thread. Thank you for continuing to update this thread and for sharing your experiences with the issue.

    This issue was marked as resolved by the development team following the deployment of TU 1.1.1. If you are still unable to talk to Ubba following this update, please can you provide a video within the thread so we can pass this to the development team for further investigation. Thank you! 😊

    Tsarchasm5 - It looks like this thread addresses the missing treasure hoard in Eurvicscire. This issue should also now be resolved with the update of TU 1.1.1. I recently collected the treasure hoard in Eurvicscire myself! If you're still unable to find it, please can you update a more relevant thread (such as the one linked), or open up a new one. Thanks!

    I just sold my copy for 5 cents. I feel I overcharged him. The people still waiting on this fix, it will probably occur after Christmas. Good luck! I'll be playing Cyberpunk! Ubisoft you deserve to go out of business!

    1.04 patch did nothing to fix this gamebreaking bug, i will sell my copy as cyberpunk drops.

    This is rediculous. You guys should be ashamed. This is called theft, promising a complete game and yet most of us are stuck on a level 20 quest...
    Nothing left to do, no more quests to complete... I wish I could get a refund but I didn't buy it digitally so I can't...
    Last game I'm buying from you guys.

    Just keep requesting a refund. Eventually they have to do it. It is called customer right. Keep posting on twitter etc. This is indeed theft.

    i have no words for this, you guys are a shame
    I knew I should've not buy your game but I wanted to give it a try because im a fan ? you know what I don't even know anymore.. I even wanted to buy far cry 6 but honestly I won't if it's to buy a game 70€ for absolutely nothing.

    This is not right and im sure you guys don't even care. Your are not even reading this, because most of players don't have trouble but your letting the one that do down, us.

    You talk about community friendship and sharing... when really this is not.

    I am ashamed that I bought this game and I am ashamed that I used to be a fan. I think you don't realise the gravity of what you do in the name of capitalism and enrichment that you already have but don't deserve.

    I feel pain and sadness because this is not just about the game its more than that.. you are the problem and you disgust me.

    I and many players are profoundly disappointed, offended and shocked.

    you've lost many fans and im sure you won't realise it until its too late so then you'll cry and we'll be laughing at you the way that you do right now at us.

    Be careful Ubisoft we won't forget.

    Had this so have done everything else possible. Now can’t do anything. 55hrs in and I won’t restart it. Chance same thing could happen again. Getting a refund. Cyberpunk is out soon. Rather go with CDPR as I know they sort these things out very quickly.

    Lmao cant get refund because its been 2 weeks. Thanks for robbing me ubisoft. Never again will i play one of ur broken games. Been playing assassins since the 1st one lol F U all. Stealing pieces of [censored]

    @scottyg1980 Mate restarting dont help i abandoned everything and started New Game again and the same happened, at fort cinematic game freeze and crash i am on PC so i manage to speak at Ubba

    PSN wont give me a refund because its been more than 14 days =/ this is like complete theft. I am so sick of this, I had this problem on Nov 11. The very next day and I patiently waited for a fix and this should of been a priority. This game is completely broken. I spent over 100 dollars on this game expecting it to be the greatest AC ever but instead I got a pile of horse [censored]. I do not understand the thought process here, why release a completely broken game? I am never buying a Ubisoft game again. They have completely let me down. This is the biggest gaming let down that I have personally have in my life. Worst Part is they are not really saying much about the situation and it leads me to believe I will just waste my time with this game. I am going to spread the word out and let everyone know how much garbage this game is. Absolutely insane how bad Ubisoft's response to this was. I am so upset regarding this. Sad part is ...you can not get a refund on the hours spent on this game thinking you would get a fix in a timely matter. My time is important to me and I feel like I have wasted a good chunk of it.

    @wolfleader316 same. I got stuck on 11-11 as well, been waiting. The only response we got was: 'we need save files'. Nothing more... Feels like a big pile of ... indeed. Time is precious, especially since I have not got a lot of it... This game is just theft and indeed the biggest let down of my life.
