    Hello there @AHMET861C4N,

We are unable to offer refunds for purchases made from another retailer. If you purchased the game from another retailer, you will need to contact them with your refund request.

Any compensation would be the decision of the Assassin's Creed: Valhalla team. The player support team has no influence over this decision.

The development team are planning to fix this quest in a future update. As soon as we have more information about an ETA for this, we will be sure to share this information with you in the forums.

    Thanks! 😊

I am so sorry if I am rude, but where is the support? Frankly, I think we support Ubisoft at forums with the opened cases, pictures, and videos to solve the problems, but nothing has changed in the last 6 months.

We are writing to you because eventually, we think that you will share our opinions with the related departments. But if it is not, whom should we share our opinions with? Can you please give me contact info?

I was having this same issue and thought that I had tried everything until I saw someone post on here that they fixed it by going to inventory, then into the animus, and after that go back into Lunden and it would fix the problem. I’m here to say that it worked for me. As soon as I came back to Lunden after going into the animus the marker for the mission came up and I was able to progress.

Hope this works for you guys, I know first hand how incredibly frustrating this was until I saw the post about this fix.

Hello! So, earlier this year I bought Valhalla. Despite all the hate, negative reviews and all that, I actually quite enjoyed the game. Sure, I'd run into a few bugs here and there but none were game-breaking at all, and wouldn't really get in the way of my experience. That was, until I pledged to Lunden. I was excited to go there, and when I got there everything was goin pretty smooth. After the mission where you kill the arrow or whatever (I took quite a big break after the game-breaking bug in hopes when I returned it'd be fixed, so I don't remember too much) I proceeded on with Bleeding The Leech. I believe I had to meet someone at the docks or something, but nothing had happened. I tried fixing it myself, and doing some research on others who had the bug and how they fixed it. Nothing worked for me, and I didn't want to start at a save where I would've lost 9 hours of grinding and exploring, so I persisted on. I tried to see if there was a way I could restart the quest, but I came up with nothing. I decided to go back to base and try to pledge to somewhere else to continue with the story, but there was nowhere I could go that really continued it, Lunden was the only option. So, I tried to re-pledge. I believe after this, the quest just completely dissapeared. Like, even when I re-pledge to Lunden, nothing comes up. No quests, nothing. When I go to Lunden, there's nothing for me to do. Now, I can't continue with the story. I still love this game though, and I wish I could continue it. It seems like the updates that have came out and I had to download since haven't fixed it. And, keep in mind, I did completely uninstall the game. (PS4 btw.) So, even deleting and reinstalling didn't fix my issues. I'm dissapointed that I cant continue, but I imagine there's an easy fix around it. It makes sense to implement a simple feature allowing you to re-do sections of story missions. For example, on the alliance map there could be an option after completing an area to "re-pledge", basically allowing you to start from the beginning of that area going through the missions again for xp or whatever, but also as a fix to my issue where the mission is just litterally gone. And of course, still keeping your current place in the story not affecting anything else, just allowing you to simply re-do the missions as you please. Ubisoft, please fix this bug. I love this damn game so much and it's a shame I cant continue on with the story..

    Hello there!

@marctapp - I'm glad to hear that the issue has been resolved for you 😄 Thanks for reaching out with an update!

@shoohta543 - Thank you for taking the time to share your report with us. I'm sorry to hear that you're still encountering issues with "Bleeding the Leech" following the release of TU 1.2.2. Please note that the development team have announced that they don't intend to introduce a restart / reset quest feature into the game:

Due to the structure of quests within the game, a "reset/restart quest" feature is not feasible at this stage of development. While some quests and world events allow you to walk away or reload your save in order to reset them, this is not the case for every instance within Valhalla. We strongly recommend regularly adding manual saves, especially before and after pivotal moments, to ensure you have backup states to revert to if needed.

I understand that this may not be the answer you were hoping for, and apologise for any disappointment caused by this.

To help us to investigate your missing quests further, would you be able to send us a video that shows the following:

    • That you have the latest Title Update installed on your platform. You can check this in the right-hand corner of the main game menu
    • Your current, active quest log, that shows you have no active quests for Lunden
    • Your completed quest log, which shows the quests you have been able to complete so far in Lunden

We can then pass this along to the development team for further investigation.

    Thanks! 😊

    Hello,
I am stuck in here after restarting the entire pledge/chapter, reloading, reinstalling the game, rebuild datase, update my ps4.. etc.
After killing the arrow and trying to return to Stowe it does not allow me to talk to him or progress as it then freezes or sometimes the symbol appears and it just doesn’t do anything else.

Hello there @Eun-hye87! Welcome to the forums 🙂

I'm sorry to hear that you're encountering trouble when reporting to Stowe after defeating The Arrow. Thanks for taking the time to share your report with us, and for letting us know what troubleshooting steps you have already tried.

If possible, would you be able to send us a video which shows the freezing you encounter when interacting with Stowe? We can then forward this to the development team for a closer look, as it will be helpful in understanding the experience you're having further.

    Thanks! 😊

@ubi-borealis, I am unable to upload them as I don’t have enough privileges, and I don’t have a youtube account either. Is there anything else I can do?

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble sharing a video with us, @Eun-hye87. You may not be able to upload it directly into the forums. Would you be able to upload it to another sharing platform, such as Google Drive or One Drive, and post a shareable link within this thread? We can then take a closer look at your video 🙂
