The quest npc is dead. (Maximilian)
I restart the game, fast travel but nothing helps. -

Just to confirm, is the quest still in your log? Is the NPCs corpse at the spot where he should be usually?
Do you remember if you killed them, or if they were dead on arrival?Official Response -

1. yes the quest is in the log
2. yes. In front of door
3. i kill him accidentally in a fight with guards -

Patch 1.04 didnt solve the problem.
Maximillian is now an other person. And Dead -
I have distracted Maximilian with the little girl, but there is no key where Odin’s sight says there should be one (one the little stool in front of the door)

A fix for this issue was not intended for 1.0.4, it is planned for a later patch.

I have distracted Maximilian with the little girl, but there is no key where Odin’s sight says there should be one (one the little stool in front of the door)
