When following these stags through the woods in Asgard, the growing group of stags came across a pack of wolves, but at this point the entire sequence bugged out and failed to progress. The stags froze in place and stopped moving. I fought the wolves and killed them all, but there are still wolf howling sounds coming from the dead bodies. I went through the woods and found another stag standing in place farther in, but he's also frozen. Honestly, the state of this game is pitiful. Ubisoft should be ashamed of themselves for releasing it in this state, and I feel bad for anyone who had to pay for this, myself included. This is one of the major reasons people pirate video games, so they aren't paying full price for a game that needed to be worked on for another 6 months to a year. This is honestly an early access level of bugs.

  • Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

I loaded up a save and played through it again. What causes this bug is if you run ahead of the stags and start killing the wolves, the stags who you were following just vanish all together and the new stags ahead of you stay in their frozen state because the event of the group of stags never triggers them (because they vanished). If you stay behind the stags and just follow them, then they kill the wolves themselves. Definitely still bugged, but at least there's a workaround.
