So I will try to keep this brief but explain the problems as best as I can, but the main problem seems to stem from the game ignoring player settings to "reestablish" an old setting.

    Player Helmet Visibility:
While it is amazing to have to option to allow helmets to be invisible and still equipped it makes no sense to have it as an option if I have to constantly reset it to being visible. Every time I fast travel, die, or change gear I constantly have to keep reinstating that I want to see my helmet.

    Player Map Options:
I felt as if Odyssey really came through with their map filters and options. I understand that social media is a big things and everyone wants to share pictures they took in Photo-mode but some of us really enjoy the RPG aspect of the game that allows us to not be distracted by social media. That being said, Odyssey had the option to ignore photo-mode altogether whereas in Valhalla I am once again having to reinstate my gameplay settings to turn off Photo-mode. Whether it be the filter on the map or Photo-mode access altogether, I have to keep going into my settings or "hide" photos from being seen so I can work on clearing my map in the manner I see fit. Odyssey allowed me to just ignore it with a simple click on my controller and not have to worry about it. But now I have to constantly pander to ignoring other peoples social media "photo-mode" posts in an effort to thoroughly enjoy my game.

****** The main problem is having options and settings that are not remaining in the format as the player has chosen. It is redundant to have these settings if they constantly become bypassed to a different option every time I want to play the game.

    Opals:
This does not have to do with the player settings constantly changing, but I have found this to be a problem for me and my friends and have not seen a post for it (I may have overlooked it), but at random occurrences opals can't be picked up. In some cases the Raven is able to identify their location and yet upon arrival they are not there. In other cases, the opals are visible but do not allow for the player to pick up.

    Thanks for reading!

  • Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.
