Miasma Bug ( Yes but no)1 Likes/2 Replies/175 ViewsOriginal poster Cryogenicsoda 2 posts
So I discovered that if you have the miasma skill and kill anything in a populated area with civilians you will be DC'd by the animus, as the miasma skill essentially starts the black plague. Not sure if miasma is supposed to affect civilians but in a game where we are not allowed to kill civilians it would be nice if it would just not affect them. As there is nothing you can do to control it. Originally when I found this I had killed a soldier but couldn't clip the recording in time. So this time I just chose a civilian under the assumption that it would do the same thing, and it did. I did also upload a video of it on youtube. Ubisoft I'm not 100% certain if you intended for this to be able to happen but when you are just doing your viking thing and get desynched because the AI wanted to run through a poison cloud it is kind of unfortunate. I would advise making miasma not affect NPC Civilians, or better yet. Make it so we are allowed to kill civilians, civilian casualties were a thing back then. (Not sure if this is allowed please don't remove if not just let me know I will remove it) here is the video:

Yeah, i have the same problem.
Ubisoft please, remove desynchronization for killing civilians with poison cloud, otherwise the miasma ability is severely weakened
