    Hello!

I've recently bought Assassin's Creed Valhalla, on release day, and been having a blast with it! The game seemed to run smoothly on my 1060 3GB, given that the recommended to play at high settings was a 1060 6GB, I figured I'd be set to play at medium.

Things changed when I reached England though. Now, I get almost unbearable framerates, probably because the VRAM isn't enough. I've lowered all the settings I can, but still, the game insists on stuttering to an almost slideshow like pace. This has been, obviously, heavily affecting my enjoyment of the game, to the point where I'm feeling discouraged to play it at all...

As a final plea, I would like to ask if there would be an option to change my Valhalla to my PS4 library, given that it seems it's actually pretty well optimized and that Ubisoft Connect enables cross saves. I am absolutely loving the game (when it's playable), but I figure I won't finish it if I keep playing like this. Since AC Odyssey's Season Pass was such a marvel, I'd be interested to buy it for Valhalla as well, but obviously not if I can't play the base game... I am not investing in a new GPU anytime soon either, so I'd just be having to drop the game completely.

Thank you for your time, and I apologize for the bother, but I don't want to drop this marvelous game!

  • Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.
