i progressed until the coronation event almost at the end of the questline in Eurvicscire however right after resolving i decided to reload to see the other outcome and after doing so i reverted back to the first outcome by once again reloading
what i did not notice is the notification of the arc ending and i went back to Randvi where the region remained unsolved
now to my stupidity i tried to revert to the save right before it but i accidentally overwritten it so i decided to progress into the other region as i didnt know if i was bugged or will it trigger again specially that i acquired the ring so i went with the Wessax's capital area finished the whole thing till i realized that i may actually be bugged after clearing both regions of everything on the map
i saved right after the events in the capital "which apparently for some reason my game did not save" and reverted back to a 10h earlier save to retry the Eurvicscire ending once more which this time it worked i got the epilogue with the king and even got the encounter with Ubba afterwards however due to all my autosaves and lack of hard saving i lost all the new arcs
bottom line is reverting to an older save helped my problem but there is an issue at Eurvicscire so please be careful with it specially if you accidentally remove two of your hard saves like me

  • Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.
