been 3 days now. money has been taken out. no email, no game order. cmon now this is getting so frustrating. ubisoft says they've fixed the issue but have not for me. I JUST WANT TO PLAY THE GAME.

They will be in touch as soon as they have an update for you. We are currently experiencing a high volume of contacts, so our response times may be slower than usual.
dont hold your breath, same thing happened to me with legions it took 17 days for a reply and I still haven’t had my refund.
@ubikoality Hey. I got the game roughly 5 hours after purchase. (I was one of the lucky ones). I updated the other two posts about this, but forgot to mention it here .

So i bought AC Valhalla back on 11/12/2020 and the game never showed up in my Library. I go to my orders and it shows it there and says it should be in my library. I contacted Ubisoft Support the same day and it has been 5 days now of continuously trying to get a response or just my game to appear in my library.
Has anyone had this issue? And why wont the support team respond despite my case being elevated and open for 5 days now....
Hey, I bought the game over 35 hours ago it's still not in my game library is there a possible fix? They have already withdraw money from my bank...
@theonlyfl0w Ordered on the 8th and same issue. Only response from Ubi was a live chat I was lucky to get and waited over an hour in queue for that told me, "here, I'll escalate your case for you" which prompted the 4 day auto resolve feature unless I responded to it saying I was still waiting. Hundreds of others are still waiting as well. Possibly thousands.
@mkumitsu For players who still have not received their purchased copy of Assassin's Creed Valhalla, it would be best to create a case at support.ubi.com. From there, the regional Store team can investigate their order and see why they have not received the game!
