

What is the point of preload/preorder if we can't preload and what is the point of release dates/hours if we can't play the game at that time?
Same problem here. I wish I had saw this thread before buying it. I'm not buying the console version due to stupid Asian censoring version they did. And now I can't even load the game. I even bought the most expensive version to show my support. I have been a pretty loyal fan under this IP. I am really disappoint right now Ubisoft. PLEASE FIX IT.
For anyone who has received their copy after a few hours: did you leave the launcher open and let it stay there or did you have it closed and just opened it once and awhile? Not sure if that would effect anything but I'm desperate at this point.
Finally got it after about 8 hours. You just have to wait I guess, make sure you have the confirmation mail and you can see it in ubisoft connect app, if not i think you should consider preemptive action.
I don't think that rebooting the launcher will do anything. It's not a problem on the client's side, but firmly on the side of ubisoft. But I honestly don't understand how this can even happen!? It's not like ubisoft is a small developer! they got studio's world wide for crying out loud! they got several highly popular IP's that are selling like hot cakes! How could this happen? What could possibly excuse a fully automated system?? It's not like a ubisoft employee has to approve every single purchase or enable the buyer to see it in their library, that would be insane!
@ileb0i On the support page it says "There are issues on purchases showing In Ubisoft Connect & we may have to wait 24 HOURS for our purchase to show".
@ileb0i It isn't acceptable at all! I'm wondering why I bother supporting Ubisoft. I have spend my money on their products for everything, and now I'm wondering what they have been spending their money on. It definetly wasn't an upgrade for their brains or common sense.
@slendeetv I wish I could buy two copies of the same game, just because I'm impatient...

I'm not saying that it is acceptable for the game to NOT appear in our library, not at all, by the way, that's not what I meant, but still, buy two copies of the same game, on pc, on two different launchers is kind of throwing your money away...
There's no excuse for this mess up. Refund requested. Will get the game elsewhere
@drgibbsongreen I would create a ticket or get it refunded man! It's been five days and it's still not in your library!? Talk about quality service...

dammit I'm finishing work in 30 minutes, was hoping to play it right after but the game is still not showing (4 hours have passed). activate my game ubiiiiii I refuse to sleeeepppp
ubi carried out a massive theft of money. for this action they would have to have a millionaire fine.
