Around 5 hours here and nothing. I received the email confirmation but its not in my orders in connect. I don't know how a company can be so problematic, you have to try hard to reach that level.

Mine has finally apeared after 9 hours waiting, good luck to everyone else! In the confusion earlier I bought two copies on the same account, one via the launcher and one from the ubisoft store's webpage, I've requested a refund for the one via the launcher - do you think if I preload the game now it will effect how easy it is to get a refund? or should I be fine because I've obviously bought two copies?

Been waiting around 8 hours for my game to appear... 2 of my friends are also waiting, is anyone actually able to buy and play this game?

8 hours, and now it just appeared in my client. Preloading now.

so after 8.5 hours of waiting and 4 hours since my support ticket they startet "working on it". Not that I ecpect this will change anything....still no game

@adremx On ubisoft connect, click your account name in the top right and the my orders, it should show up there.

@thecubee i do not even have the my orders option on my client. seems to be a regional thing?

Funny how they say that its Covid-19 related.. like that's effecting automatics which handle the purchases or if it does they are in a world of trouble as it is...

Mine is not showing in the orderlist in the client, although I'm currently preloading the game.

@windverweht Potentially, on my client I have it just above where the log out button is if you were to click on your display name. Only place that shows my order is there

@ethanclarence11 You should be fine because you got 2 copies and you probably have receipts to show for it. My question is when did you purchase the game? I made mine two hours ago and still nothing, did you really have to wait 9 hours for it to appear?

It's just a sad release tbh, waited days for this game and it won't show up.... With the type of way customer service is working at ubisoft I can imagine tomorrow will be another day of waiting to midnight.... This is just embarrassing for ubisoft... It's an automated system and of course ac Valhalla is a big release this is not an excuse for this debacle....atleast now I know why I'm always feeling better buying games of steam bc they deliver and even if something goes wrong they contact the customers....
