I tried to buy your game from different cards, in the end I lost $ 180 and did not receive the game.

Just got an email from AMD to buy AC:Valhalla. I ALREADY DID, but nothing is happening. If I can't start download now, I won't be able to play tomorrow, since my internet connection is slow. And the release date in my region is ~1 hour ago.

reddit and this forum leads us to believe it's somewhere around 4-9 hours (9 hours is confirmed very often while 4 hours very rarely)

This is really bad.... so big company and so big problems. There is no warning before buying!!!!!! I will expect some bonuses or next time I will not order anything....

9 hours, and nothing yet. Is a [censored] game launch ffs, is not like is a physical copy, you gonna blame covid? Samsung's chip shortage? Scalpers? Bots? The pope?

@petepetersonx Nope, 10 hours and still nothing. I will wait until the morning and the game will be refunded if it doesn't appear.

This whole situation just highlights why steam is the best hands down
