@buddyyyboyyyy I was clicking back and forth from the Store page and My Games, that is enough to update the page.

ok i let ubisoft connect opened and the game just appeared from nowhere it took 9 hours GL to everybody who is still waiting

So I just bought it about an hour ago. Took about an hour for it to show up and I think opening and closing Ubisoft every 10min helped based on what other people have said and their wait times being up to double digits. I recommend opening and closing the app frequently. That's what worked for me!

If it can give you hope, it took 30 minutes to appear in my library! I just closed my ubisoft connect and reopened it 10 minutes later. It's donwloading now.

It seems like the game is rolling out for more people more frequently now, so keep your heads high. Don't lose faith just yet

I have two problems first I tried to pre order the game and when I clicked pay it said "ops failed" I tried again four times it didn't work and then I said to myself maybe there is some problems in the servers or something I checked my banks app on my phone and i found out that that the price of the game got deducted 5 times and I didn't get the game in my libary and I opened a case and the customer support didn't answer until now so please anyone help me.

Uplay sucks. Are they really this tone deaf that they do not understand why a lot of people want them just to use steam. It also isn't surprising that people that bought uconnect are not having this issue.

so much for "preload"

I purchased my game just about 2 hours ago. Didn't do anything other than wait in the game-library and the game just appereared 2 minutes ago. Downloading now.

just showed up after 8 hours of waiting.

• No need to close and open the new launcher (that i refuse to name).
• never did anything other than keep an eye on the internet.

Shame on you Ubisoft.
