@johnchikr My purchase shows up confirmed everywhere. Just won't appear in library and from reading other posts it doesn't look like we're going to get to play for another couple of days. Never ever had an issue like this with Steam. Uplay is a joke

Honestly I think it will just be a delay as they are focusing on the launch. So it will be a 1 hour plus wait.... maybe significantly more. They got our money now so it's to the back of the line for us now.

Refunded my order on UPLAY and got it on EPIC, pre loading now

Store is down now. Well this is the last game I buy on Ubisoft store.

@sunbroslam Definitely bizarre and annoying. Had issues with Epic earlier as well, so I tried the Ubi store - and it's still broken

Well if some1 gets it in their library , write down a line after how many hours u got it

Being a digital release I don't understand how their servers can update payment details but can't add an icon for accessing the game!

Watchdogs Legion didn't have this problem so why this game (maybe just cos its better)

@coxstermc bro, as soon as this happened I thought "why did I buy through ubisoft....."

On one of the other threads a person has asked for a refund from Ubisoft and bought the game on Epic and is already pre-loading. I relaly did not want to give money to EPIC...but Ubisoft and their store are a complete joke...

@tar-naugrim You can buy from epic and preload but it won't unlock until 26 hours from now because epic is even dumber than Ubisoft

@mra3beardyman well one would assume that it would work since it's a big company. I see it doesn't work like Steam does.

We all know how this launch is gonna go ... Every major game just releaseing e.g. A gamers NEW YEAR gonna go sour ....

I also have the same issue of the game not showing up on my library but has history on the store through browser and email confirmation.

@sunbroslam Sadly it was the same with Steam. Game would release on Uplay at 00:01, but you had to wait another 12+ hours for it to release on steam, but at least it worked...I know I come off as salty. I've tried to purchase the game a few times through Uplay. They took my ubi coins and the code didn't work and got mssed up. Support promised otrefund them, but no refund was received. No reply from the support either, then I pay full price and this [censored] happens...

@tar-naugrim I'd ask for a refund and buy on cdkeys.com but I don't trust Ubisoft to manage to refund me.

It's just really sad because we were all obviously looking forward to this game and Ubisoft just doesn't give a [censored]. Let's us purchase, takes the money, but doesn't allow us to even pre-load the game. What's worse is there are Ubisoft devs replying to people on these forums but they're ignoring all the threads that are about the game not appearing in the library. They know it's [censored] and they don't care
