I bought the game over 37 hours ago and it still isn't in my library. I've already tried to contact support through the website and twitter and have had no response.
@ubi-swaggins Can you explain how to contact customer support through live chat, please? I have tried several times and it fails telling me I need to log in. I am logged in.

@ubi-spud Already done on twitter support, forum support and a ticket written in french. The last thing I heard was 16 hours at least ago where they asked me to transfer my ticket to another service

@ubi-swaggins Yall do not respond to the support Emails! This is ridiculous! Of course your payment system works but not your digital delivery service. FRAUD company!
@xenobiz same situation. I purchased mine yesterday. Wish I saw all this before moving forward with purchase. Its insane how their payment system works fine but not their deliver service. Shame, never using their services again.
I bought the game yesterday morning (11/10). It doesn't show up in the client in the games library or in my order history.
Same issue has happened to me, credit card aprroved on ubi store, debited, and still didnt show on orders in over 8h, after sending ubi the email , opening a support ticket, it appeared on orders but not on library. Very disappointing level of service, especially on this day and age of digital purchase.
i bought the gold edition one from the ubisoft club app on my pc, but the game is not showing in my library with my other games.. anyone know what to do?
Purchased my game today. Ive been waiting for it to show up.... I heard it takes a while but i have still yet to get a confirmation email of my purchase. getting worried my transaction never worked
@mac1e2 were all crossing our fingers ive been devoted to the creed since Altair & ezio & for once since than valhalla brought back a missed wholesome feeling from the franchise just to be yanked away from us truly this cannot be a sadder day..
