    @guest-v3o6edaf I have the same issue ... it’s been over a month now —they’ve known about this issues for over a month and still no fix. This is beyond what is acceptable, the game is useless now — I’ve finished everything and every update I check but NOTHING.

    @Ubisoft thank you for the 80$ plastic paper weight.

    @ubi-baron Playing on PS5 after transferring from the PS4 version, and it is still not working on Patch 1.1.1. It is in the middle of the 'Clues and Riddles' mission; once I burn the five scarecrows, nothing at all happens. When will this be fixed? I have not been able to progress on this mission since December, thinking that it would be fixed after the Yule event had finished. I really want to complete this great game, but I can't see any way to fix this myself!

    How have the bigger game websites not picked up on this yet? A big part of Valhalla's playerbase can't even finish the game. For TWO MONTHS now. Holy [censored]. This is beyond bad customer support.

    @awadanabi I'm not defending them at all, I'm pointing out that there are a LOT of complaints about still-existing bugs, and they have to deal with all of them, so obviously can't respond to everyone. And like I said, these should be hot-fixed, and they SHOULD update us on progress soon and often.

    I have done the latest January update (1.1.1), and still no luck. I can't even get the interact icon to pop up (PS4 Pro). I've tried using a quest save, putting on hood/mask first, reboot the PS4, etc. - basically everything people here have suggested with zero luck.

    I feel like the only way I'm going to get around this is to delete my save files and start all over again. Considering I've completed everything else except for a couple of cairn and standing stone challenges, that would be especially frustrating. I was hoping the new patch would have fixed it.

    Please get this sorted out. I think the suggestion to be able to bypass (complete) the mission via a button push would be good. Thank you!

    Same issue I'm running across tonight. Stuck on PC. Collected all the clues and go back to talk to Halewn and nothing. Just stuck. Watched enough YouTube videos now to know it isn't me. Bummed. Needs patch of some sort ASAP.

    I've had the latest update installed and cannot interact with the Druids door at all to even get in the place to start anything. If Ubisoft can't fix this they'd better be refunding money.

    The problem was not fixed, no interaction with the door. I've done everything, restarted the console, the game, uninstalled and the 1.1.1 patch didn't solve my problem.

    Hello everyone,

    Thank you for your replies to the thread since my previous posts. I can see that for a few of you, your issue has been resolved, and I am glad to hear it! For the rest of you whom are reporting being unable to knock on Halewyn's door / being unable to speak to him to answer the riddles, I will do my best to get these issues seen to by the developers as soon as possible.

    I've compiled all of your usernames, the information you each provided, as well as the images and video links posted in the thread into two separate reports for these two persisting issues and have sent them across to the developers for further review. If possible, receiving affected save files from PC and PS4 players demonstrating each of the separate issues on TU 1.1.1 would be a big help, as they can investigate these in-detail and attempt further reproduction. You can submit your save files via a support case, or provide a link to a hosting site like Dropbox where they can be accessed.

    To reiterate and confirm, the issue fixed as part of TU 1.1.1 was that the final objective of "Clues and Riddles" did not validate after completing the riddles. I have amended my previous announcement post to be clearer regarding the specific issue resolved, as the above issues are still under investigation. I sincerely apologise for any confusion or disappointment caused by this.

    I'll answer some individual replies below; feel free to ask any questions or raise any concerns you may have, and I'll do my best to get back to you all. 🙂

    @MARSDENx Regarding the skill points, we're aware of an issue whereby three unreleased skills can appear in-game if playing offline. These were appearing at the outer edges of the skill tree, but shouldn't be there, so them disappearing is nothing to worry about. 🙂 All in due time!

    @guest-3j072YKG Does the drunken effect still persist despite the Yule Festival being over? If so, could you please reply to our megathread here for the issue and provide a video? Thanks!

    @Miner5758 If you purchased the game via the Ubisoft Store, you would be subject to our digital refund policy or physical refund policy as appropriate for the product you bought. Refunds are considered on an individual basis, and as such, requesting one does not guarantee a refund will be processed for you, though you are welcome to submit such a request. 🙂 I'll keep everyone updated as to the investigations of the two issues mentioned above here in this thread.

    @punkdude21 In-game purchases are non-refundable, so you would not be able to get a refund for your Helix Credits I'm afraid. This is clearly stated in our digital refund policy.

    @edelgiud We're keen to receive save files and videos of the issue as I've mentioned above - as a PC player, you're able to provide both. If you'd be willing to submit the files / a video, it would be greatly appreciated!

    @imjoshhemmings I'm glad to hear that your issue was resolved by reloading a previous save and trying again to progress! 😄 Just as a quick request, if replying to multiple people in the future, it would be great if you could reply to the overall thread and @ them individually like I'm doing here in this post. It means you're not spamming those following the thread with notifications, as well as keeping all information together. Thank you!

    @fuIIofstars I'd recommend opening a thread in General Discussions for your feedback on the save system. It's possible to create different manual save slots, or overwrite the same one as you wish (that's what I did personally) but we're always open to hearing more ideas about how we can improve our services! 🙂

    @ubi-woofer Thank you for the (admittedly long) update, and I'm sure we're all happy to hear you're working on it, albeit disappointed that our issue isn't solved yet. Hopefully, the right people can figure out what's going on, and roll out a fix soon. Do you have any idea whether solutions to these last game-breaking bugs will be rolled out as they're resolved, or whether we'll have to wait another month or two for another update resolving multiple problems at once?

    thanks for the up date 👍🏻 For me i can’t Get the druid out form hos house. Before and after the up date. Ps4 pro for me.

    Even after upgradin to version 1.1.1 is still impossible to interact with the door for the Druid to leave. The update was efficient for those who have not yet reached this part of the game, for those who had already started the update did not work.
    I made a short video to show that the door is not work yet . If is enaogh I can try to make another one.

    Thanks for responding. I cannot interact with the door in Clues and RIddles so unable to client on druid.
    Still no large Mackerel or Flatfish.

    I'm on Xbox one x and I still can't talk to the guy after I lit the 5 wicker men. Been sick on it since November.
