I killed the bear but unable to collect it's head for the completion of the mystery.

  • Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

Hey Red_FlashDragon, I'm sorry to hear that you're struggling to collect the bear's head. By mystery, do you just mean the completion of one of the mystery segments for Sciropscire?

Have you tried reloading an older save and killing the bear again, to see if the head is lootable? If not, can you provide a video showing that you do not have the head in your inventory, and that the bear is dead and cannot be looted? Thank you!

@red_flashdragon after the legendary animal in Norway I killed two more thinking they would also appear in my longhouse. They never did so honestly I stop bothering killing them when the mounts didn’t appear even after the hunters marked them off.

@red_flashdragon Go into his lair in the Uriconium Ruins. All the way to the back and through a hole in the wall. Eivor should say something and the focus will shift towards wherever the bear died at. You'll get the head and it'll be considered completed. Bear is bugged and teleports ABOVE the lair just outside the enemy camp. He can be killed up there w/o him fighting or even moving and you'll get 2 skill points. But need to go the lair to get the head and completion. If it doesn't update, go to the bear's body and try kicking it or dive of valkeries so it move it closer to the lair area.
