I see that others have had the issue and you have addressed the issue of quests not being able to complete. but your suggest of simply traveling to another fast travel point and going back does not work on my issue. There is a fisherman with his son world event. I have beaten the father. Her just stays there kneeling and beaten. There is no dialogue option. The son just stands there. Nothing happens. This was 4 days and 20 hours of play time ago. When I return, he and the son are in the same position.
There is also a quest to steal an artifact where you pay a little girl to distract the man. you are supposed to be able to steal a key and go in while he is distracted. Problem is there is no key. There is a note saying he would return in the morning. But the girl is talking to him 60 feet away and repeating dialogue. When I go back she is still talking to him repeating her dialogue. Many fast travels, many saves and reloads ago.
So to say that is a solution is not honest.

  • Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.
