Valhalla Can't seem to get above 20 frames

Hi all,
I've been struggling with this one. For some reason I can't seem to run Valhalla at anything above 20 frames no matter what settings I choose. In terms of minimum requirements I believe I'm fine but just wondering if anyone else is getting this? I've played around with the settings a bit and no other games seem to have the issue except ubisoft.
