    I'm having the same issue with not receiving the next quest objective, and my "In Dreams" quest marker in the quest log does not appear in either the active quests or the completed quests. I have all the thistle I need to complete the objective. Here's my video on the issue, 70+ hours in and Valka is still unresponsive. Submitted save file through support ticket 14075643 from 02/06/2021. Was able to complete the "A Brewing Storm" quest, so this may be a related but not identical issue.

    Thank you for your additional video, @xReverendGreen, and thank you @Gamedude72 for your video and save file! I apologise that my reply to you and @srryim2goodferu is so delayed, however I come bearing good news! 🙂

    The developers have indicated that this issue will be fixed in an upcoming patch, though it isn't clear which patch this will be just yet. Once I have more information for you all, I'll be sure to reply here again! If you have any questions or concerns in the meantime, don't hesitate to reply and let me know. Thanks! 🙂

    @ubi-woofer I have a similar issue on the in Dreams quest PS4 where it's telling me to build Valkas hut when I already have. Quest marker is there but both that and Valka are unresponsive. Are they aware of this also? Thanks

    I'm having Same issue currently I have an open support ticket over the matter I built valkas hut and now she doesn't even know I exist can't start the in dreams quest at all wich also means I can't get the wolf companion abilities

    i'm having the same problem i did complete "A Wise Friend." quest without any problem ... but the next quest "in dream" never appear.
    i play on PlayStation 4.

    Same issue my girlfriend built Velkas hut and kept playing not aware there was even a quest to collect thistle. I asked her if she had done the vision quests and she didnt have it I watched her and check it out there is no completed in dreams quest she has thistle only because I told her to get it velka wont talk to her she cant turn it in it didnt trigger the quest when she built the hut. I've done it and its definitely glitched and she doesn't have a save far back enough since it was a day after she built the hut I asked her she already saved over it she had to restart the game 3 times already becausee of a game braking bug to where she got stuck with her bow out and couldn't pick up items or fight and now that she finally got this far this has happend and is really ruining the game for her. Please get a fix out soon

    I am also having this issue, I was saving the asgard quests for last and cannot start them. The quest has disappeared from by list and I can't talk to Valka.

    Hey!

    Here is the same problem, I too have home through "The Wise Friend" mission and escorted Valka to her place where her hut was to be built, and I did it, nyt could not chat with Valka (aka open "In Dreams" mission) anymore. She completely ignores me, I have found some of The Thistles but cannot progress with her.

    I'm having the same problem. I built Valka's hut but the quest is still telling me I need to build it and Valka won't interact with me at all, so can't proceed with 'In Dreams' at all 😞 help!

    I am having the same issue. I’m over 140hrs into the game and Valka’s dream quest never appeared. Once her hut was built she never spoke again... Please help!

    After building her settlement quest
    I am far into the story with 60+ hrs and someone told me about this. She is still in her hut but cannot be interacted with, i have tried collecting the flowers but can't interact with her nor did receive any quests

    Ran into the same bug, looks like it. When I built Valka's hut objective to collect flowers did not appear. Can't say for sure, but I think I had some of the flowers in question on me prior to the quest. I definitely went to the cave under the waterfall and cleaned it out the moment I was able to free roam.
    I saw in patch notes that people had issues, when the quest item they needed to collect was already in their inventory. Thought I'd mention flowers being pre-obtained.

    The exact same thing happened to me. After building Valka's hut i didn't get any missions at all. I can't talk or interact with her, she's just sitting there around her hut. I collected some of the flowers around her hut, trying to fix this glitch, but nothing happened.

    @ubikobold thank you for getting back to us. I won't speak for others, but I just tested my save file after the 1.2.1 update, and the issue is fixed for me. Thank you to the entire team staff for listening and helping us on this!

    This issue with "In Dreams" was marked as resolved as part of TU 1.2.1, so as above, we would really like to hear whether the fix has worked for those affected. @gamedude72, it is great to hear that this issue appears to be resolved for you! Thank you for letting us know.

    To everyone else - please continue to update us as to whether this issue is resolved for you all as well.

    We'll keep investigating if / as needed if the issue persists for anyone, and reopen the investigation on the developers' side as well if we can gather video evidence. Thanks!
