I've bought AC Valhalla, 2 weeks ago in the Ubisoft Connect Store. Downloaded it and played it since then.
I didn't even notice that i wasn't logged in at anytime.
Even when buying the game, it seems i wasn't logged in. (Don't know how that even worked)
I didn't notice when i bought it that i didn't receive an EMail cause i was to excited to play and didn't think about it.

So today for the first time it wanted me to log in and now i can't play anymore... its not activated and i dont have a code and nothing. I don't know how i can get the game back.
The only thing i have is the bill of my credit card with the reference number of the purchase.

This might be the stupidest question asked but im lost.

I done a mission within the game hunting down Wolves with someone, when I was about to finish it, a guy appeared out of nowhere in a scene where I was talking to this person, that I had no control over. He wears blue like most of the allies do within the game, and now he just keeps appearing out of nowhere and following me, he even jumps on my horse with me, when i am stood talking to someone before a mission, he gets in the way and is stood in between us or next to us and its highly annoying. in missions he helps me but I want to dismiss him and roam around alone but I cant get rid of him, he keeps appearing. Mostly back in Raventhorpe. I did ask once to the woman in Reventhorpe to send out my lieutenant but he never appeared after I created him.

Does anyone know how I dismiss this guy and stop him following me everywhere or is it a bug?
