Can you please implement a separate adjuster for dialogue volume? When using headphones I have to choose between lowering the volume of all in game sound effects (not getting to really experience the environmental or fighting sounds) or not doing it and keeping the dialogue overly loud. There are times when the dialogue seems to be almost yelling ( I’m guessing from different audio recording setups for less important characters, mysteries, etc)

I love the game I just would like to see more quality of life improvements. I do think that this beta forum is a good idea. Having open communication between the game developers and gamers should help both sides.

  • Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

I agree, it's often way too loud, i'm using mostly 5.1 Home Cinema Speakers and i love the music and want it to play louder, but cant because then the dialog would be super loud and the rest of the family or neighbors would be in chock. Please add a dialog sound option so it can be turned down from the rest, music etc.

@anteronoid @Badmad2008 Thank you for reporting these issues to us, we're sorry to hear that's been the case.

Just to confirm, OP are you also seeing this with a Surround Sound headset?

Do you guys have the Dialogue Boost enabled in the setting menu?
