@drum123123 there's quite a few of us with this problem across PS4 and Xbox. This is an extreme deal breaker. I can't this then why am I doing anything not directly related to the main story? Figure it out Ubisoft. Or atleast refund us

In the lower left section of the map there is a key suspended in the air by a pile of logs. After shooting down the logs the key stays in the air with no way to obtain it. Left the area, fast traveled, restarted game, installed game on a second xbox and loaded save file with same results. Link to video of the issue

Hi guys. There is a key on a pallet of wood thats hanging from a crane. The key is for a chest in the nearby mine. I shoot the pallet of wood and it comes crashing down but the key just hangs there floating out of reach. It won't drop when the wood drops. I've tried for several hours different ways to reach it. I've left jotunheim and returned but still nothing. I've scoured and possibly exhausted all sites pertaining to walkthroughs and bugs and the closest thing I've found is people not finding the key in the cauldron. Any help would be appreciated.

Can also Confirm this is also an issue with PC, have run through the entire story arc, thought it might be like the roman statue quest in lundun where if you complete the arc it gets reset, but the key still hangs in the air.

Got a bug in AC where a key I need to open a chest is just floating on the air, as seen in the picture......

This is in Jotuneim when trying to get a shard.

Yeah, I've clocked about 160 hours and I'm one glitch (the floating key in Jotunheim) away from a Platinum trophy.

@ubi-smash I am unable to share my PS5 save.

@ubikoreanbbq Also having this issue on PS4. The only thing keeping me from a Platinum trophy.

It's still not on the list on known issues under investigation, does that mean we can assume we won't be getting a fix anytime soon?

Bug glitch still in jotunheim in the abounding mines. Chest key still foots in the air cannot complete offering :((

same Problem on PC (Version 1.1.)

I can’t pick up a key in the southwest of Jötunheim.
The Key should drop down, with a box after I cutted the rope, the box drops, but the key floats in the air. No chance to pick it up.

So in Jotunheim I am trying to get all the wealth but the one in the bottom left of the map requires you to shoot 2 suspended crates that explode and the key is inside them, one of them works, the other does not. It just leaves the key suspended mid air and never able to collect thus not allowing 100% - this really needs to be fixed!
