So during A Brewing Storm my horse spawned inside the fighting circle. Perhaps it was "parked" at that spot when I entered the longhouse before the nap on the bed. Unfortunately I haven't taken a picture of this but it was really there. It got in the way during the fight so unfortunately it got killed and now the corpse is forever stuck outside the longhouse. It did change skin after I changed my mount btw.
Also since this fight the tattoo lady, Tove, is not inside her shop anymore. She stands between the straw puppets at the assassin's bureau. Please see below
Given the fact that this mission causes other glitches/bugs as well I do believe it caused mine as well. Would really love to get my settlement normal again. Adding a new building didn't solve it. I can still upgrade from level 5 to 6 so maybe that'll solve it but if an update could fix it I'll take that as well of course ^^
One addition: I was able to shoot Tove back into her hut again with arrows but she doesn't resume "work". She just stands still where I've put her with my arrows
@bloodyvampie so another update. After the mission where
Tove joined the feast and she was back to "normal" again. The corpse is still outside. Killing my horse just on top of it only removes that corpse after sleeping or fast travelling. Seems like the horse is now coded into the settlement or something.
Would be nice if this could be passed along to the devs. NPC also sometimes see the corpse and go to a "cautious" state - looking in the bushes, climbing the longhouse etc. - looking for an enemy... very annoying

I'm having a similar issue. In my case I accidentally killed a horse in the Campsite stable and the corpse just stands there forever. The good new is that the copse moves a few meters with every update so maybe I'll stop seeing him in the future.
