    @quor321 good for you. I literally cannot save my game or fast travel. I have lost days of gameplay after buying the game only just nearly a week ago. Half of what Ive done is deleted or cannot be touched. Yeah, totally seems like a user issue to me.

    @zhorvath85 That is the exact kind of issues I ran into with a lesser PC. Or when I made mistakes with my PC. Once in a blue moon it was a bad install, also could be my PC or internet connection.

    If you are playing on PS or Xbox, no clue.

    Got to push your game out before the GOTY Cyberpunk drops right...

    Game is full of game breaking bugs & glitches? No matter, let's just make it impossible to get a refund, problem solved.

    @netspook YouTube is never a source for quality information. Especially when they are desperate to kick out regular content to keep the likes and subs up.

    My game play was beautiful before and after the patch. The few issues that I have seen seem minor for a new game. Some of the issues are user error, simple lack of understanding how to play and or adjust graphic settings.

    First of all, youtube NEVER a source for quality information? Really? In other words, even Ubi is releasing insane amounts of garbage info then, since they use youtube quite a lot...

    And people's problems is because of "user errors and lack of understanding how to play". Yeah, I probably had a blonde moment and deleted my save files myself. Not to mention, both I and thousands others must be quite stupid since we cannot understand how to interact with certain NPCs or objects, because according to you that's the problems, since there are no bugs. And we're obviously too stupid to adjust graphics after the patch, even though we managed that just fine before.

    Either you're trolling, or there's something seriously wrong with you.

    @netspook Yes, really! There are no rules that all material on YouTube has to be from a proven source. Most of YouTube is just opinions. Depending on subject matter you can from time to time get useful information, in general I would say it's not a source for information.

    As my PC has had no issues running the game and others have been running the game just fine. Many even completing the game past the so called bugged missions. Then ya I would say it very well could be user error.

    I do think there is definitely some improvements needed on Ubi's part, a few cut seens that don't look right, some clipping depending on armor and weapons. Really kind of small stuff that can be patched over time that really don't effect the overall game.

    @quor321 You can count yourself lucky that you haven't had many issues, but don't try to dismiss the very real problems that many others are experiencing. I've spoken to several people I know who are playing and we're all having issues on some level beyond normal bugs or glitches. I have multiple broken quests that will prevent me from finishing the game, multiple mysteries that are broken... one of which being the daughters of lerion, so I can't get the Thor gear. The game crashes on me at least once nearly every time I play, and many other minor bugs and glitches. This game is BROKEN for many people... I am losing faith that they will fix this game before I give up on it.

    @fallzing Several people does not equal fact that the problem is on Ubi's side. If it was all on Ubi then I would have the same problems, everyone would have the problems.

    I know it sucks, A new game that everyone wants to work great out of the gate. They got 4 consoles and PC to get it working on. Not sure how the consoles are working out but I know PCs are definitely not all created equal. Even if they were how people use them and care for them can change the game experience.

    I bet all PC support tickets start with wanting information on your system. They look to help correct your PC problem long before they look at their end. That's really where all these issues should be, leave them out of general discussion.

    @quor321 That not how things work... people on the same platform can have different issues/experiences, so I don't know where you're coming from with the claim that everyone would be having the same problem. That is not factual or accurate in any regard. Ubi has already acknowledged most of these issues and are working on fixes...so your claim that the problems are not from Ubi's side also doesn't hold water. Look at the player support section of these forums.. there are thousands of posts about bugs, it's not just several people... and those are just the ones that came on and posted. How many people are dealing with issues that haven't spoken up. And you can see in the forums that people on ALL platforms are experiencing issues. At this point I'm assuming you're just a troll who's just trying to push the buttons of people who are frustrated with the game.

    @illmac99 That's exactly it. We would be fine with graphical bugs, clipping, etc. But game breaking bugs? Quests being stuck, and I mean, not Side Quests, but actual Main Story missions... that is absurd. For some reasons the quest I am stuck on is not even listed on the megathread, so I hope that whatever they do to fix the dozens of quests that are stuck right now will fix mine as well... "A bloody welcome", to finish Cent is the one that's stuck for me.

    Hello everyone,

    I'd like to ask that we return to civil discussion without needless name-calling or arguments. Several of the issues impacting Valhalla are not experienced by every player due to the many different ways in which the game can be played, but we are not ignoring these. We do check for localised issues in the first instance (such as with software/hardware) but if investigation shows that these are not to blame, we take the investigation further on the side of the game itself. This is standard process and means that we rule out issues caused by external factors.

    We will do what we can to get each issue reported to us investigated, so please do not hesitate to reach out to us if needing assistance.

    @odinmoon If you would be happy to list the issues you've experienced, the details of the system you're using as well as provide an image / video clip if possible, I'll investigate further with you if I can!

    @ThoughtTwenty I'm glad that patch 1.0.4 improved your experience! We have another patch coming very soon, and this will fix several more issues, so I hope this will help players to enjoy Valhalla even more.

    @zhorvath85 We released a hotfix a few days ago for the issues with saving / fast travelling - can you please confirm whether this resolved those issues for you?

    @Quor321 @Netspook This is a formal warning to both of you to cease your back-and-forth disagreements in multiple threads. The threads are to be a place of civil discussion and engagement, and this is not helpful in achieving this. Quor321, it would be appreciated if you would refrain from posting on threads for issues where you are not personally experiencing them, as relating your unaffected experience is more likely to cause friction than anything else. You are of course welcome to share constructive advice regarding troubleshooting, but please do not ignore the possibility that it won't work.

    @fallzing Please post on related support threads for your queries if you didn't already so so that we can assist you as soon as possible with your issues. If on PC, it would be helpful if you could also provide your system specs at the same time. Thanks! 🙂
