@ubi-mark I own Valhalla for the Series X and just redeemed 2300 Helix Credits yesterday through a Walmart E-purchase and was excited to do a little customization shopping today. However I logged in and I see "0H" instead of the "3050H" I had last night after redeeming the Helix purchase codes.
When I try to "Buy Helix Credits" I get an error "Problem occured trying to connect to Ubisoft Online service..." with error code 0x70000041. Any help you could provide would be GREATLY APPRECIATED! Thank you.
