@ubikobold Yes I've loaded from a manual save (as opposed to a quicksave) and the problem persists.

Edit: I'd also draw particular attention again to the dagger animation skipping (visible in the video I posted). That behavior was (in my experience) unique to this specific pledge, all other pledges the dagger being stabbed onto the map had a complete animation.

I had this same problem on PC. I just waited for a while, no input or anything, and then it resolved itself. It's almost as if Eivor gets stuck in dialogue with Randvi but you can't hear it or see it.

@strayngel How long is a while? I tried 10-15 minutes before resetting, but admittedly did inputs during that time like going into the menu. I'll try this right now.

@daddylow1991 Was definitely not that long for me. Maybe two minutes.

This solution didn't work for me unfortunately. Stepped away from PC for a good 20-30 mins with no results, tried again using controller as the input and pressing nothing or alt-tabbing away, no dice.

Another thing I've noticed is that the icon for the alliance table remains above Ranvi's head, I don't think that's normal behavior.

After selecting to pledge to Lincolnshire the 2nd time my game won’t allow me to move away from the table or do anything except quit to the main menu or open the options. It’s a really annoying bug as I physically can’t continue if that arc is selected.

if anyone’s had this problem and sorted it or has something to help please let me know!

@ubikobold I have tried verifying my game files and it still doesnt work. I dont have a older save to go back to. Thanks for responding, i really appreciate it. If this could just be fixed in the next patch i would be happy.

I have the same exact issue. Evior is stuck at the alliance table after pledging for the 2nd time and doesn't move.

@paddy8478 I have the same problem and I can’t find a solution. Anyone know what to do because that would help a ton.

Update: tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Still get stuck at the table. Gonna try another arc later today then see if it’ll finally work
