I am a registered Ubisoft User and own the PS5 version of AC Valhalla. I was unaware of the promotion until today. When I went to claim it there was a different award for the day that I have no interest in. Shouldn’t the promotion be cumulative until it ends? Having to claim a reward on a daily basis or miss out is problematic without sufficient advance notice. Not feeling UbiSanta’s love at the moment. Will this be rectified in some manner?

  • Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

I agree completely. Having a "gift" be available for only 24 hours, with no warning, is not in the spirit of the holidays. Santa does not reclaim my presents if I do not open them on Christmas day. I too did not know about the promotion until today and I am very upset I missed the ACV Happy Holidays Rewards; especially because I have (and pre-ordered) the Xbox Ultimate Edition. Many people, like myself, love Ubisoft games, but lead busy lives and cannot check Ubisoft's social media accounts daily. If you can not check daily situations like this arise.

I am a MASSIVE Ubisoft and Assassin's Creed fan. I have pre-ordered every AC game since AC2, and it has always been the Ultimate Edition when there is one. The same is true for many other Ubisoft series like The Division, Watch Dogs and Far Cry. Because I am such a massive fan I really hope the Bayek Legacy Outfit and Seafarer Settlement Pack become available again soon. Please Ubisoft. It's the holidays.

100% agree with both these previous posts. Ubisoft have a really bad habit for doing this and as loyal fans (having spent thousands on this franchise alone), it almost feels like punishment for not checking in on their media platforms with every spare moment I have.
The same thing happened with AC Odyssey and the Ezio's outfit right as the pandemic took hold! To add fuel to the fire, it was a 48 hour window to entice new players with a free weekend. Naturally, people that had paid full price for the game and played it since launch thought nothing of it until [censored] was too late. It seriously makes me question their ethics and my loyalty...

@raenith @VirtuousLumox @SIVISA don"t be sad the bayek outfit is purely cosmetic, not upgradable and with poor stats. You can just dress pretty with it but it's not usable in game unless your want the poorest stats possible for challenge.

@sivisa it seems they're only giving it to the pc players for now. I really hope Ubisoft show some love and give us some stuff too but who knows what will happen. I only got news of this giving online a while ago and I was happy but seems like it was for nothing. I really hope they give it to us later because we're loyal customers too. I too had most of the Assassin Creed games ever since Altair. Its not just Assassin Creed that I got but also Watch Dogs series and also Far Cry series. Some of the games are not linked to this account but I have a long history with Ubisoft. I hope they see that and give us the same love they've given to other platform players.
