I have an issue for 3-4 days, my stats for Assassin's creed Valhalla no longer update.
I have a friend who plays the game and everything is working fine for him
I have tried differents manipulations like disable clound Sync, making a new save but that does not solve the problem.
After a few tests it does not only concern the statistics but also the Challenges. For example you must collect 250 "Opals"
In the game i have 107 Opals but in Ubisoft Connect this number is locked at 104.
I also went to Lunden for the first time and did not unlock the challenge
Anyone have a solution?
I have the same problem. Guess we just have to wait for a fix.
Any update for this? Is it a known issue?

Finally, I found someone with the same problem as me. I just create a thread too because I'm unable to contact support and didn't see anyone talking about this issue until now.
I searched yesterday and in E: \ Ubisoft Game Launcher \ logs \ service_logs.txt
i have this error: "Failed to open E: / Ubisoft Game Launcher / cache / statistics / hwscore"
Don't know if it's that but i'm trying to correct it
Today i tried to :
- Re instal Ubisoft Connect
- Install Ubisoft Connect and AC Valhalla on another pc
- Try with an other game (Farcry 5)
- Reload an old save (when i had 8 hours of play) and tried to improve a statlight shield combat
But i always have the same problem

I have this as well. I assume everyone would have this with "Valhalla".
It did record statistics for "FC Primal" a while ago for me, but I don't know if it still does.
This must have happened with a recent update to Connect or something, considering it's still rather new and in development.

i kind of have the same problem. I am stuck at 90% with valhalla (although other stats upadate normally for example number of kills or distance travelled). So i tried to check if something similar is happening with another game. I had left AC Syndicate at 99% before updating Uplay to Ubisoft Connect. I played the game, reached 100% (luckily it has a progress tracker in the game) but now although the game shows 100%, ubisoft connect does not upadate my progress from 99% to 100%.
Still not working....

Hey everyone! I'm sorry that you all are experiencing this issue of your stats not updating in Ubisoft Connect! This is currently being investigated by the Game team. However, we are continuing to collect information. If you wouldn't mind, please create a Ticket and attach your save game files. Additionally, please provide your answers to the following questions. Thank you!
- What platform are you playing on? If playing on multiple, provide all that apply.
- What is not tracking properly? Challenges, stats, or both?
- Does it seem that the progress that has been tracked is incomplete (only accounting some of the actions you've taken in-game) or does it show up as 0?
- Is this reflected in the website as well?
