    I purchased the new Hel's Damnation pack on Dec 9th with 2000 helix credits I bought for $20US.

    What I received was Superior level gear that cannot be enhanced to flawless or mythical.

    This gearset when purchased from the store is supposed be fully upgraded and of mythical quality.

    In the ticket I opened, the agent asked if I were traveling or in Vinland at the time of purchase. And indeed, I was finishing up Vinland at the time when I remembered to buy the set.

    Obviously I didn't receive the set until I made it back to England when it was added to my inventory. I tried enhancing it at the blacksmith to no avail. There's no option to enhance it, it's not a question of materials needed.

    I opened the following case about this issue with no satisfactory resolution as of yet. It's quite upsetting to me as a customer. That's $20 right out the window.

    I don't understand why support cannot just delete the items from my account and refund the Helix credits so I can either buy the set again while in England or pick something else up. Or better yet, just give me the right items altogether.

    Im on xbox and ive had the exact same issue when buying the Niflheim set.

    Ive also opened a case and am just getting pushed to one side.

    Keep on about an update in the forums and then about the update 1.0.4 and making sure my xbox is updated. That update was realesed im November!

    Ubisoft are more than happy to take my money and leave me with uselss content. I wouldnt of minded thats its not mythical ( when it should of been ) but as you said i cant even enhance it. Its a joke.

    Im gonna just keep complaining to them. They can take the gear away i just want my money back.
    Or just bloody fix it.

    @zetyk1 Pretty much, because once they got your money they just don't care about you.

    I encountered a game-breaking bug with a quest, that simply prevents me from going forward (so I can't complete the game). After a quick google search, some people have the same bug as me since nov 16th 2020 and it's still not fixed. It means that some people have been waiting for almost 2 months to finaly complete the game, and they simply can't.

    Yep that's Ubisoft. The suits above doesn't care about putting out a good game, they are just thinking about milking a reknown franchise until people are tired to get scammed and stops buying. Then they will release the next cool IP
