Problem with ps4 season pass

Anyone got the same problem on ps4, that you can't purchase the season pass via ps store nor in-game?

I figured out a workaround. Actually I found it on Reddit but it has worked.
You can buy the Season Pass for PS4 via the mobile App.
Download App to your device
Activate and connect it to your PS4
You'll find a buyable version of the season pass for PS4 on the App, pretty much at the end of the List.
Purchase the add on
Load the add on down to your Console
