    Hello, I have played the game untill yesterday, gave me a crash and since then I cannot enter in game, right on the start when I press PLAY, it appears the icon of AC VALHALLA and then crash...I can't even enter in game menu or something.

    Meanwhile I tryed to :

    - check the files of the game - no problems, crash continued;
    - reinstalled the game - crash
    - reinstalled the ubisoft connect and reinstalled the game again - crash
    - checked the video software, updates are up to date (RADEON RX 580 - 8GB RAM - Radeon Software Version 20.11.2 )
    - having windows 10 on 64bit, everything else is working normally

    I am pretty sure its the problem that yesterday I got that crash during a dialogue, as pard of the main story, and now, its a problem on that save...

    I really need some help because yesterday I renewed my subscription and I want to play this game if I payed to do so, right ?

    Thank you

  • Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

    @frozen____ If it crashes on start before you reload a game or "continue" then it can't be related to a savegame.

    @kormac67 ok, so then what should be the problem ? because since yesterday I can't enter in game at all, after that crash in the middle of the dialogue...

    I received lots of crashes while playing the game, but every time I was able to get into the game even though I lost little progress

    Finally I have made it, reinstalled the whole radeon software and upgraded it.

    Now everything is ok, this can be closed.

    Thank you.
