Has there been any word on how long until the next patch will they even fix the Yule festival bugs?

  • Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

It's certain that having a fix for Júl before the end of Júl would be great. 🙄

They should just roll back the last update and cancel yuletide all together, it was a dumb idea to begin with and I think the devs working on the yuletide portion must have had an older framework of the core game and when they integrated it for launch it screwed the mf'ing pooch.

@drzombie13 Well the devs have Yule too so I don't expect a patch until the festival times out on its own.
The broken quest markers don't matter, everybody should be through the two mini quests now anyway.

@kormac67 Except the cow quest. Or how should I do for escorting the npc to town if he doesnt want to follow me.

@torfinr It worked for me when I walked a straight line from him to town. He won't follow to the bugged quest marker though.

Next patch will most likely be in early January. Try getting a refund in the meantime.

They haven't fixed the gamebreaking bugs the game launched with, so I wouldn't expect them to fix Yule bugs before the event is over.

In a way, I think it's a bit dumb to add holiday content for a single player game, especially one that has so many bugs which should be taking priority over the production of one-time holiday events.
