I already tried ubisoft support. Not allowing "submit case" for some reason (COVID-19 excuse?).
Other options were: Twitter - tried that no response.
Purchased Samsung EVO 1TB SSD.
It came with a free Game Code for Assassins Creed: Valhalla.
