On the 23rd of December I bought a 2300 Helix credits top up card for my PS5 AC Valhalla. I used the code and it went through but when I checked the game the credits were missing. I contacted Ubisoft support which then directed me to PlayStation support as Ubisoft could not see my account transactions. PlayStation support then directed me to Ubisoft support as they could not see my in game transaction and they told me to try the restore trick through settings but that did not work. I then opened a support case with Ubisoft. I got a bit tired of waiting so I bought another 2300 credits directly from the in game shop on PS5. This went through and the Helix credits were showing. It has been 5 days since I have opened the support ticket with Ubisoft after getting re-directed by PlayStation and I got no reply back. I tried telling PlayStation that Ubisoft directed me to them but I got the same exact reply which was telling me how to restore purchases which I have tried over 7 times now. What do I do now? It has been over 2 weeks now and I have not gotten anywhere.
