So I purchased the Premium Starter Pack 1.5 weeks ago, on Jan 1st.
Contacted support after waiting 24 hours like they said. Went through 40 mins of showing evidence on what happened, and sent many pictures.
My Support Status went to escalated shortly after and now its been stuck at "Waiting" for the last 4 days.
I really wanted to enjoy the addon at the start of the game , i've just stopped midway through the game and haven't really played it the last week.
Is there a community manager or someone that can solve my issue, this is really depressing... -
