So a little while ago I purchased a pack of 2300 Helix Credits through the PlayStation store, but they were never delivered. I then later contacted Ubisoft support and they said, after sending some screenshots of the purchase information and whatnot, that the issue would be moved up “to the next level”. Anyway, it’s been a few days and I still haven’t heard from them or gotten my credits so I was just wondering how long it generally takes for such issues to be resolved. Has anyone else had such problems before, and, if so, how long did it take for you to get your credits or any response from the support team after clearing things with the initial help consultant?

@abrockmann I had this issues with Odyssey and Xbox, and it was between seven and ten days to resolve. Microsoft blamed Ubisoft. Ubisoft blamed Microsoft. I have no idea who actually fixed it, or exactly when they fixed it: as I received no email or notification from either of them that it had been resolved.
In my experience, a Magic 8-Ball could provide more helpful information than Ubisoft or Microsoft. Maybe Sony will be a different story.
